09/24/02 - Beginning of harvest 2002 at Chateau La Tour Blanche
The grape harvest has begun at Chateau La Tour Blanche  and is currently progressing under excellent conditions.

One "sanitary sorting" was carried out from September 12 to September 18. This first selection of the grapes ensured not only a general ‘cleaning up’ of the vineyard by eliminating some sources of bad rot but also the picking of the first berries affected by a noble rot of excellent quality.

Since Monday September 23, a second passing has started, at  Chateau La Tour Blanche under a radiant sun which facilitates the phenomenon of the concentration of the grapes.

At Chateau La Tour Blanche such exceptional conditions for the beginning of this picking are auspicious for the continuation of the harvest.
